Refund Eligibility
Products purchased through our store may be eligible for a refund or return under the following conditions:

• The item must be in its original packaging.

Refund Process

2. Once your request is received, we will review your case and notify you via email if you are eligible for a refund.
3. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at hello@imaginarem.com for further instructions.
Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided by our support team upon approval of the return request.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
